Day 1Arrival at Port Blair

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning and transfer to hotel. After lunch visit for Corbyn’s Cove Beach which is 9 kms from Port Blair – It’s a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking & bathing. Then proceed to Science Centre, and later attend the enthralling Sound and light show at Cellular Jail- where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay at respective Hotel/Resort at Port Blair.

Day 2Port Blair to Have lock island

After Breakfast departure by inter-island ferry to Havelock Island (57 kms by sea from Port Blair). Enjoy your afternoon at the World Famous “Radha Nagar Beach” (Beach number 7) at Havelock. The most popular beach named as “Best Beach in Asia – by Time in 2004” Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Have lock island.

Day 3Have lock island ss

After breakfast proceed to Elephant Beach for adventurous snorkeling experience. Elephant Beach is located near the eastern coast of Havelock Island. It is approachable by dunghi (small wooden carved fishing motor boat). Snorkeling is leisure water sports in which a person swims on the surface of water wearing the face mask and view in the underwater corals. Please carry your snacks / pack lunch, drinking water & changing dress. Return back to Hotel. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Have lock island.

Day 4Have lock island to Port Blair

After breakfast day free at leisure. Return back to Port Blair (as per your booked ferry timings) and transfer to Hotel. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair. (Optional tour to Kalapathar Beach to enjoy the picturesque aura of Have lock --- at an additional cost on request).

Day 5Port Blair ss

Start after breakfast for a full-day Excursion to North Bay (Coral Island) - to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes and other marine life. The glass bottom boat ride helps one to take a closer look at the vast coral colonies. You can also enjoy Snorkeling and other water sports activities like Jet Ski Ride, Sea walk etc. Please carry your snacks / pack lunch, drinking water & changing dress. Then visit Ross Island - from where the British governed the entire Andaman & Nicobar Islands, prior to India’s Independence. One can see remnants of an opulent past in the ruins of the church, swimming pool and the chief commissioner's residence with its huge gardens and grand ballrooms. There is also a cemetery and a small museum managed by the Indian Navy. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deer, peacocks, exotic birds, etc. Overnight stay will be at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair. Optional Add-on tour to Viper Island at an additional cost of Rs. 350 per person Viper Island used to be as the site of the jail where the British used to imprison convicts and political prisoners. It has the ruins of a gallows atop a hillock. The jail was abandoned when the Cellular Jail was constructed in 1906.

Day 6Departure Transfer

Morning free for packing & personal activities. Transfer to airport. Tour ends with sweet memories.

TERMS CONDITION

RESERVATION POLICY

50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
50% to be paid 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Must keep your photo original Identity proof with you.
The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change sector wise.
Sightseeing points remain closed on government holidays.
Govt. Ferry sails for Havelock and Neil Island belong to Government under Andaman & Nicobar Administration and mainly sailing of ships totally depends on weather conditions. Child above 03yrs will be charged fully. No cancellation and refund will be entertained once the tickets were purchased.
Our tour program are inclusive of all entry tickets i.e., in a museum and memorial, etc. etc. as per itinerary.
Due to inclement weather condition at Port Blair some places guest can visit Islands but not advisable for snorkeling due to less or nil transparency of water and some places live coral which is seen by glass bottom boat will effect due rain and cloudy weather, Light & Sound program which is totally depend on whether condition reason it is in amphy theater Style.
All entry tickets are applicable for child above 03 yrs.
There will no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.
Though the Islands have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations.
In Port Blair area scarcity of water is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living. Guests are requested to cooperate with any such problem faced during the tour
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program form the Driver. Please coordinate with your Driver for extra pick time form your hotel for each departure or sightseeing and request to follow the same very strictly.
In every city please take the contact numbers of your Driver and your hotels.
All Hotels and Services are confirmed as per the Itinerary No Amendments will make upon Arrival.
The car will be with you during your sight seen only, your free time we are not bound to serve your vehicle. For further transportation you need at your free time then you have to manage at your own cost.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for higher category rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
On hilly areas the CARAC will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only; from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Preponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
It is always advisable to keep two photographs ready with you during the journey.
Please keep one Xerox copy set of your Passport and visas with your relative in India and one set with you during the travel. This is most useful in case of loss or theft.
Baggage allowance is 15 Kg for check-in luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 kg.
If your flight or train is delayed or canceled, Shree Kala Tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
