Day 1 DELHI - RISHIKESH 253KM (Approx 6hrs )

Arrival in Delhi Airport/ Railway Station meeting and assistance with driver & Proceed to Rishikesh by road, on arrival at Rishikesh check-in to hotel, evening Yatra Registration formalities & Relax. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2RISHIKESH – BARKOT 170 Kms. (Approx 08 hrs.)

After early breakfast drive for local Visit Ramjhula, Laxmanjhula &Swargaashram & drive to Barkot via Dehradun - Mussoorie En-route visit Kempty fall, reach Barkot by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3BARKOT – JANKICHATI – YAMUNOTRI – BARKOT 50 Kms. Drive & 6 Kms. One way trek)

After an early breakfast proceed to Yamunotri drive up toJankichatti then 6 kms Trek (One way) to Yamunotri, here one can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hotwater of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to DivyaShila, after taking bath in Jamunabai Kund and having "Darshan" of “Yamunaji". Return back to Jankichatti & further drive back to Barkot. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4BARKOT – UTTARKASHI 100Kms.( Approx 4hrs. drive)

After breakfast drive 100 kms to Reach Uttarkashi, visit Kashi Vishwanath temple. Evening free for Relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 5UTTARKASHI – GANGOTRI –UTTARKASHI 90Kms. ( Approx 4hrs.drive one way)

After breakfast drive for Gangotri early in the morning. Post offering Pooja & Darshan at Gangotri Temple & further driveback to Uttarkashi. Dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 6UTTARKASHI – GUPTKASHI 235Kms.( Approx 8hrs. drive)

After Early breakfast drive for almost day long drive to Guptkashi. En-route sightseen of the Tehri Dam (The Hydro Electric Project.) reach Guptkashi by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7GUPTKASHI – KEDARNATH – GUPTKASHI (23Kms. /1hrs. drive) (Same day return by Helicopter)

After early breakfast drived by vehicle up to Helipad as per the reporting time, do boarding formalities & wait here for your time slot, on arrival at Kedarnath perform early Pooja & Darshan at Temple & come back to Helipad to take return flight to Guptkashi, Dinner & overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Day 8GUPTKASHI – PIPALKOTI (164Kms./05-06hrs. drive)

After breakfast drive for Pipalkoti, on arrival at Pipalkoti check in to hotel. Evening free for Relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Pipalkoti.

Day 9PIPALKOTI – BADRINATH 80Kms.( Approx 04hrs. drive)

After Breakfast ldrive for Badrinath En-route visit Narsingh Temple, and Adi Shankracharya Samadhi at Joshimath, then drive to Badrinath. On arrival check in to hotel, later visit Vyas Cave, Ganesh Cave, Bhim Bridge & origin of River Saraswati at Mana village the last village before the Tibetan border, later go to temple for holy Darshan/ Pooja & attend evening Arti. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10BADRINATH – SRINAGAR 190Kms ( Approx 05-06hrs drive)

Early Morning Mahaabhishek Pooja (optional, which will be booked day before) after breakfast drive to Srinagar En-route visit Vishnuprayag, Karnprayag, Nandprayag & Rudraprayag. Reach Srinagar by late evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 11SRINAGAR – HARIDWAR 125 Kms. (Approx 04/05 hrs ). drive

After breakfast drive to Haridwar en-route visit Devprayag, (The Confluence of River Alaknanada & Bhagirathi) to become Ganga. Reach Haridwar in the afternoon, check in to hotel, later visit Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi Temples & Evening attend Famous Ganga Arti at Har ki Pauri. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 12HARIDWAR/DEHRADUN (DEPARTURE)

After breakfast, leave for Delhi Airport/ Railway Station before 2hrs & drop for onward journey.

TERMS CONDITION

RESERVATION POLICY

50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
50% to be paid 5 days prior to the commencement of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

AC will not turn on while the vehicle at hills.
Tour Company reserves the right to publish the passenger’s photograph or group photograph. Type of transport vehicle can be changed in case short of passengers because our intention is not to disappoint tourist or cancellation of tour.
To make a booking, a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.5000/ is required. Once this has been received confirmation of your booking (in the form of an invoice) will be sent to you. The balance amount must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of tour. Otherwise we may treat the booking as being cancelled by you.
All the payments made by Cheque or Online Transfer should be in favour of “SHREE KALA TOURS & TRAVELS. ”
The price quoted in our brochure has been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the prices published in the brochure.
The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances. The company reserves the right to cancel at any time any/all the tours without assigning any reason. In such cases the company’s responsibility shall be restricted to either refund without any compensation what so ever or keep the money for the next available tour if the customer so desires.
Tour Company shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or death, terrorist attack, accident or any.
Damage or claim of what so ever nature and any loss arising from it. The operator is not responsible for any criminal conduct by the third party.
Cancellation request must be made in writing by email.
There will be no Refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be reason. 12. All disputes/legal claims are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only
Baggage allowance is 15 Kg for check in luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 kg.
If your flight or train is delayed or cancelled, Shree Kala Tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
