Supplement Cost

Nathula Pass (On the day of Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir Execursion): Rs.5500.00 per car. (MONDAY –TUESDAY CLOSED AND IT IS TOTALLY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND DIRECT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED).
Chardham: Rs.2000.00 per car (On the way from Gangtok to Pelling and vice - versa).
Zero Point (On the Excursion to Yumthang valley , Lachung): Rs.3000.00 per car.

Visa Passport and Insurance

Day 1NJP Rly Stn / IXB Airport – Kalimpong ( Approx 75 kms / 3 hrs)

Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Kalimpong (3,950 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Dinner & Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

Day 2Kalimpong Sightseeing – Gangtok (75 kms Approx 3 hrs)

After breakfast half day city tour of Kalimpong Visit Dello View and Graham’s Home with Orchid Nurseries . Durpin Dara View Point and Zang Dhok Palri Phodang Monastery , Army Golf Course , Pine View Nursery. Later drive to Darjeeling . It is one of the most magnificent hills in the world. Check in to the hotel. Evening is a free at leisure. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3Darjeeling local sightseeing

Early morning at 0400 hrs visit morning 3 points – Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast go for local tour in Darjeeling of 7 points covering Darjeeling Zoo and Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tea garden, Tenzing rock and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee center (Closed on Sunday). Evening is free at leisure.?Dinner & Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling. Optional tour of Toy Train (Joy Ride)can also be arranged on advance request and availability of the tickets at an additional cost.

Day 4Excursion trip to Mirik Lake and Pashupatinath Market (Indo-Nepal Border).

Day excursion trip to Mirik from Darjeeling to Mirik 49km, this place surrounded by lush green and in centre a beautiful lake with boating place, and then proceed to Pashupatinath Market (Indo-Nepal Border),(Extra vehicle charges will be applicable on direct payment basis for Nepal Border to Pashupati Market),after that return to Darjeeling. Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling.

Day 5Darjeeling to Pelling (Alt 6100 ft), 85 Kms / 03 hrs

Drive to Pelling in West Sikkim. Pelling is serene, mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. This village is situated at an altitude of 2000 mts (approx) and commands a spectacular view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Check in at Hotel. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Pelling.

Day 6Pelling local sightseeing.

After breakfast start for Pelling local tour covering Kanchenjunga Falls, Rimbi Water Falls and Rock Garden, Darap Village and valley, and Khecheopari Lake. After lunch visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Helipad View Point and Rabdentse Palace Ruins. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Pelling.

Day 7Pelling to Gangtok (Alt 5500Ft)– Via Namchi

Drive to Gangtok (Capital of Sikkim) Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a traveler’s delight.En-route visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse & Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) in Namchi.(Extra vehicle charges will be applicable on direct payment basis for Chardham Entrance to Temple).Check in at Hotel. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.

Day 8Excursion Trip to Tsongmo Lake + Baba Mandir

Day excursion trip of Tsongmo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial (13200 ft) 52 kms from Gangtok city. Tsongmo Lake freezes completely during the winter and is much revered by the locals. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok Optional tour toNathula Pass (Alt 14000Ft / 4200M) on China Border can also be arranged (Except Mon, Tue) forIndian Nationals on advance request at an additional cost.

Day 9Gangtok to Lachen (125 Kms / 6 hrs)

Morning drive to Lachen in North Sikkim (8660 ft). Enroute visit Singhik View point, Seven Sisters Water Fall, Naga Water Falls, and Chungthang Confluence. Arrive at Lachen in the evening. Overnight stay will be at Lachen.

Day 10Lachen – Chopta Valley (13,200 ft.) – Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.) – Lachung

Early Morning drive to Chopta Valley to get some breathtaking view of alpine valley of frozen rives. Then precede further 30 Kms in 1.5 hrs to Gurudongmar Lake. The Highest and the biggest fresh water lakes in Sikkim, and it is very close to Tibet Border. Back to hotel. After Lunch drive to Lachung. Arrive at Lachung. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.

Day 11Excursion trip to Yumthang.

Morning excursion to Yumthang (Valley of Flowers) at 1200ft. It is a summer grazing ground of Yaks and winter playgrounds of Yetis. Back to Lachung. Day free after lunch to walk around Lachung Village. Overnight stay will be at Lachung. Optional Yumesamdong Valley or Zero Point (Alt 15750Ft / 4725M)for Indian tourists only– From Yumthang Valley you can drive for another 30kms in 1.5hr to Yumesamdong or Zero Point close to Tibet Border(at an extra cost), and back to Lachung.

Day 12Gangtok Full day local sightseeing.

After breakfast start for local city tour of Gangtok visit Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View Point, Bakthang Falls, Handicraft Centre, Flower Show, Enchey Monastery, Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology and Dodurl Chorten. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.

Day 13Gangtok To IXB Airport / NJP Railway Station 130kms In 4hrs

Morning will be free for packing & personal activities. Check out from hotel and drive to NJP/Bagdogra.

TERMS CONDITION

RESERVATION POLICY

50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
50% to be paid 05 days prior to the commencement of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100 % of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

Must keep your original photo Identity proof with you.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program form the Driver. Please co- ordinate with your Driver for extra pick time form your hotel for each departure or sightseeing and request to follow the same very strictly.
In every city please take the contact numbers of your Driver and your hotels.
All Hotels and Services are confirmed as per the Itinerary No Amendments will make upon Arrival.
Car will be with you during your sight seen only, your free time we are not bound to serve you vehicle .For the further transportation you need at your free time then you have to manage at your own cost.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for higher category rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
There is No Refund for un utilized Service.
On hilly areas the CAR AC & MUSIC SYSTEM will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only; from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
It is always advisable to keep two photographs ready with you during the journey.
Please keep one Xerox copy set of your Passport and visas with your relative in India and one set with you during the travel. This is most useful in case of loss or theft.
Baggage allowance is 15 Kg for check in luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 kg.
