Day 1Arrival at Bangalore International Airport - Mysore

Warm Greetings to South India Diwali Group Tour. Pick up from Bangalore Airport at 13:00 Hrs (Prefer to arrive before 12 Noon). Meet our Representative and proceed to Mysore. On the way visit Srirangapatna which was the capital of King Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan. Explore Gumbaz, Summer Palace, Srirangapatna Fort. Later evening proceed to world famous Brindavan Gardens expanded over 150 acres. The musical fountain and light show adds attraction to the gardens. Post tour proceed to Hotel. Check in at Hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Mysore Hotel.

Day 2Mysore - Coorg

After Breakfast at the Hotel, we proceed for Mysore City Excursion. Visit Chamundi Hills, devoted to Goddess Chamundeshwari, Mysore Palace and St. Philomena's Church that is raised in Gothic style. Afternoon Proceed to Coorg - the "Scotland of Karnataka" nestled in the Western. On the way to Coorg, visit Bylukuppe Tibetian Settlement and Kaveri Nisargadhama at Kushalanagar. Later Visit Dubare Elephant Camp.

.After visiting the attractions, you will be Check in at the hotel for a comfortable Dinner & stay.

Day 3Coorg Sightseeing

Morning breakfast and proceed for Coorg sightseeing. Visit to Abbey Falls, one of the picturesque waterfalls of Karnataka situated amidst beautiful coffee estate. Later proceed Talacauveri - located in the picturesque location of Brahmagiri hills. Talacauvery is the origin of River Kaveri, a beautiful Talacauvery Temple built around it, and then visit to Bhagamandala. Bhagamandala is famous for the confluence of the three sacred rivers, Kaveri, Sujyothi and Kanike. Evening visit Omkareshwara Temple - a temple having both Islamic and Gothic style of architecture and Raja Seat- a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains.

.After visiting the attractions, you will be driven back hotel for a comfortable Dinner & stay.

Day 4Coorg – Ooty

After a wholesome breakfast in the morning drive to Ooty. We Pass by Bandipur and have a photo stop there. Later proceed to Ooty. Check in at Hotel and later visit Botanical garden, rose garden

.After visiting the attractions, you will be driven back hotel for a comfortable Dinner & stay.

Day 5Ooty Sightseeing

After a sumptuous breakfast, visit the Doddabetta Peak, the highest peak in the Nilgiri mountains and the scenic Ooty lake where you may enjoy an optional boat ride on extra cost direct payment basis. Afternoon proceed for Connor Sightseeing. In Coonoor enjoy visit to Sim’s park, Lamb’s rock and Dolphin’s nose. Return to the hotel later in the evening.

.After visiting the attractions, you will be driven back hotel for a comfortable Dinner & stay.

 

Day 7Bangalore Sightseeing and Departure transfer to Bangalore Airport

Devour your breakfast and then check-out from the hotel and proceed to Bangalore Sightseeing. Visit Lalbagh, Cubbon Park, ISKCON Temple, Vidhana Soudha and finally at Commercial Street for a bit of shopping. A unique experience of soul probing expedition through the lush State with this 7 days South India ends today. Evening You’ll be transferred to the Airport in Bangalore for your onward journey as it’s time to say goodbye.

 

Note :- Vehicle will drop at the Bangalore Airport @ 18hrs, Guest are requested to book flight after 20:00 hrs

TERMS CONDITION

Booking & Cancellations:

You can confirm your booking by paying a deposit of Rs.10000/- per person (Non Refundable). The balance payment shall be paid 45 days before tour departure date. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 45 days, then your rooms will be auto released and no refund will be provided. If we are forced to cancel the tour due to the unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities - floods, riots, bands, strikes or any political reasons etc. then we shall give you an option of date change or credit note after deducting 10% of the total tour cost as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.
Cancellation policy:
Before 45 days of tour departure Rs.10,000/- per person
Between 45 to 30 days 50% of the tour cost.
Between 30 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost.
Within 10 days 100% of the tour cost (NO REFUND).

Travel Tips for South India
? Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you.
? Valid Photo Id (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id/Passport).
? Hill stations in South India Rain Showers are expected anytime throughout the year so carry Umbrella / Rain coat & also cover your travelling bag with plastic from inside so that your clothes don’t get wet.
? Carry Sun Glasses, Sun’s screen, Moisturizer, Cap, Sport Shoes

IMPORTANT NOTES

Transportation:
Seat numbers in the Vehicles are provided on first come first serve basis, as per the booking date and the seat numbers remain fixed throughout the tour, Still the passengers may interchange their seats with their co-passengers on mutual consent. Once reaching destination, all the road travel will by AC Vehicles (AC will not beoperational during travelling on Hills/Ghats) as per group size. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if there is any road block, or traffic jam, you will have to co-operate with the tour manager.

Hotels:
Though we have made blocking of rooms in all the above hotels in advance as per our tour dates, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, if we forced to change the hotels, we have full rights to change without prior notice to the guest. If we have to provide alternative/similar accommodation, for which no refund shall be allowed. The rooms shall be allotted as per the check-in time of the hotels and they shall have to be vacated as per the hotels check-out time. In some hotels the rooms may be twin bedded. Non AC Rooms will be provided in Hill Stations.
Luggage:
During the entire tour our staff will be at your service to carry your luggage, but at the same time we are not responsible for the theft or damage to your luggage. No claims to be entertained.
Tour Manager:
We advise you to co-operate with our tour manager in all respect to make your tour really enjoyable. Allotment of rooms, selection of the daily food menu, is the duty of the tour manager and passengers should not interfere in these matters. Passengers indulging in unwanted hindrance, in the smooth operation of the tour, or quarrelling with the manager or other passengers, shall be asked to leave the tour at that spot immediately and shall not be given any refund for the same.
Unavoidable Circumstances:
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, floods, political unrest, band’s, accidents, traffic jam or any other natural or manmade calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passengers has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative / illness / any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour and the expenses for returning back to your destination also shall be borne by the passengers. If any tour is cancelled from our end, then the cost and responsibility of organizing the new tour will be of passenger’s only. Any dispute will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
Suggestions / Complaints during the Tour:
If the passengers have any suggestions/complaints regarding our services like hotel, Vehicle, food etc. are advised to inform to our Tour Manager immediately, so that the same can be readdressed as early as possible. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after completion of the tour.
