Transfers

Day 1Arrival at Cochin International Airport - Munnar

Warm Greetings to Kerala Diwali Group Tour. Pick up from Cochin Airport at 13:00 Hrs (Prefer to arrive before 12 Noon). Meet our Representative and proceed to Munnar. Munnar is a beautiful hill town which is located in the Western Ghats. The place is full of rolling hills, stunning tea plantations, spice plantations and much more. It is the ideal holiday destination to unwind all your stress. Enroute visit Cheeyappara Waterfall and Valara Waterfalls. Upon your arrival in Munnar, check into your hotel and then unwind yourself. Rest of the day is at Leisure. Dinner and Overnight at Munnar Hotel.

Note : - Vehicle will depart from Kochi Airport to Munnar at 1300 Hrs, Guest are requested to reach Kochi Airport before 1300 Hrs

Day 2Munnar Sightseeing

After a satisfying breakfast, get ready to leave for a full day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Smell the aroma of tea plantations in Munnar and spot the elusive Nilgiri Tahr at Eravikulam National Park, enroute visit Tea Estates. Head to Rose Garden and Mattupetty Dam. Later vist Eco Point, The Blossom Hydel Park and Munnar Botanical Garden.

After visiting the attractions, you will be driven back to the hotel for a comfortable Dinner & stay.

Day 3Munnar - Thekkady

Relish the lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel, check-out and we will drive you to a next highly picturesque destination Thekkady. En route visit Spice Plantation. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax for some time. Later walk on the street on Thekkady and visit Elephant Junction to enjoy Elephant Ride. Later In evening be mesmerized by a live show of Kathakali & Kalaripayattu (Kerala Martial arts). After a joyful day return back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4Thekkady – Alappuzha

After a wholesome breakfast in the morning drive to Alleppey. A captivating backwater terminus, which offers visitors many leisure options. Upon arrival in Alleppey, Board Into the Houseboat for Day Cruise with Lunch. Enjoy the scenes in a Kerala country side in a backwater cruise -skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed down paddy fields etc. At the end of the day after visiting the lovely sights, you will be driven back to the hotel for a comfortable Dinner & Stay.

 

Day 5Alappuzha - Kovalam

After a sumptuous breakfast, drive from Alleppey and reach Kovalam. Kovalam the beach town located by the beautiful Arabian sea can be found situated within the boundaries of Thiruvananthapuram city of Kerala. As you reach Kovalam, visit Lighthouse Beach one of the main attractions, and Samudra Beach which is the Jewel in the already heavily ornate crown of Kovalam. After exploring Kovalam, Check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Kovalam

Day 6Kovalam – Day Excursion to Kanyakumari

Savour the delightful breakfast and get ready to visit Shri Padmanabhswamy Temple. The beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu is more than a century old and is amongst the must-visit places to visit in Kovalam. The architecture of the temple is eye-catching and represents the Dravidian and Keralite culture. After sightseeing we will drive further to Kanyakumari and visit Kanyakumari Temple and Vivekananda Rock Memorial. After visiting the attractions, you will be driven back to the Kovalam hotel for a comfortable Dinner & Stay.

Day 7Departure transfer to Trivandrum Airport

Devour your breakfast and then check-out from the hotel. A unique experience of soul probing expedition through the lush State with this 7 days Kerala package ends today. You’ll be transferred to the Airport in Thiruvananthapuram for your onward journey as it’s time to say goodbye.

 

 Note :- Vehicle will depart from Kovalam Hotel to Thiruvananthapuram Airport 10:00 AM, Guest are requested to book flight after 1400 hrs

 

TERMS CONDITION

Booking & Cancellations:

You can confirm your booking by paying a deposit of Rs.10000/- per person (Non Refundable). The balance payment shall be paid 45 days before tour departure date. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 45 days, then your rooms will be auto released and no refund will be provided. If we are forced to cancel the tour due to the unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities - floods, riots, bands, strikes or any political reasons etc. then we shall give you an option of date change or credit note after deducting 10% of the total tour cost as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.

Cancellation policy:

Before 45 days of tour departure Rs.10,000/- per person

Between 45 to 30 days 50% of the tour cost.

Between 30 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost.

Within 10 days 100% of the tour cost (NO REFUND).

We hope that you have read all our above terms and conditions before confirming your tour with us.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Transportation:

Seat numbers in the Vehicles are provided on first come first serve basis, as per the booking date and the seat numbers remain fixed throughout the tour, Still the passengers may interchange their seats with their co-passengers on mutual consent. Once reaching destination, all the road travel will by AC Vehicles (AC will not be operational during travelling on Hills/Ghats) as per group size. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if there is any road block, or traffic jam, you will have to co-operate with the tour manager.

Hotels:

Though we have made blocking of rooms in all the above hotels in advance as per our tour dates, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, if we forced to change the hotels, we have full rights to change without prior notice to the guest. If we have to provide alternative/similar accommodation, for which no refund shall be allowed. The rooms shall be allotted as per the check-in time of the hotels and they shall have to be vacated as per the hotels check-out time. In some hotels the rooms may be twin bedded. Non AC Rooms will be provided in Hill Stations.

Luggage:

During the entire tour our staff will be at your service to carry your luggage, but at the same time we are not responsible for the theft or damage to your luggage. No claims to be entertained.

Tour Manager:

We advise you to co-operate with our tour manager in all respect to make your tour really enjoyable. Allotment of rooms, selection of the daily food menu, is the duty of the tour manager and passengers should not interfere in these matters. Passengers indulging in unwanted hindrance, in the smooth operation of the tour, or quarrelling with the manager or other passengers, shall be asked to leave the tour at that spot immediately and shall not be given any refund for the same.

Unavoidable Circumstances:

If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, floods, political unrest, band’s, accidents, traffic jam or any other natural or manmade calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passengers has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative / illness / any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour and the expenses for returning back to your destination also shall be borne by the passengers. If any tour is cancelled from our end, then the cost and responsibility of organizing the new tour will be of passenger’s only. Any dispute will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

Suggestions / Complaints during the Tour:

If the passengers have any suggestions/complaints regarding our services like hotel, Vehicle, food etc. are advised to inform to our Tour Manager immediately, so that the same can be readdressed as early as possible. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after completion of the tour.
