Day 1Arrive Dehardoon

 On arrival at Dheradun Airport to Hotel Overnight stay at Hotel  .

Day 2Dehardoon to Yamunotri

The sacred chardham yatra will begin in the morning from the helipad by flying to Kharsali helipad (YamunotriTemple). Travelling from Kharsali helipad to temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be cover by pony or bypalki. After darshan come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an Overnight stay.


Program Summary:
Flying from Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad.?Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is 6 km trek (each side) byriding on a pony or by palki ( Note : Poni / Palki Cost Included in our package ) . After Divine Darshan you willwill return to hotel by Lunch have your Lunch and spend few hours of relax . In evening pay a visit to AncientShani Temple ( Subjected to time and Weather ) and night stay in hotel.

Day 3Yamunotri – Gangotri

After breakfast, the Group is flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil helipad. From Harsil, We drive to Gangotritemple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients.Pandit is also available for special Poojan. Harsil is a beautiful valley of dense forest and green mountains. Onthe way, There are many stunning spots where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature and click photos to makeyour journey memorable. You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

Day 4Gangotri - Kedarnath

Early morning fly to Guptakashi / Phata / Sirsi Helipad you may have to wait sometne for 10 minutes to 3 hrs asthere your helicopter will be change and we will take a Helicopter shuttle service from here . Fly to Kedarnathjee arrival on helipad . Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach.The Pandit will accompany the group and lead us to the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan andPoojan, The group will fly back to Sersi /Phata / Guptkashi helipad. We will have lunch and Passengers can visitancient TriyuginarayanorKalimathMandir&Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of river
Mandakini.

Day 5Kerdarnath jee – Badrinath Jee

On the fourth day of your chardham package itinerary, you’ll be heading to Badrinath and on the way you’ll
see the deep valleys and majestic view of lofty Himalayas.


On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will be Check-In to the hotel. After Lunch, we will be going to Mana village, The last border of India with China for sightseeing. At the evening, in the evening our handlers will take to you temple to attend vishnusahasar- nam path at Badrinath temple & then dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 6Departure Dehradun Airport

In the morning after having a hearty breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan tem- ple and fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and pleasant memories of Chardham Yatra by helicopter package.

TERMS CONDITION

RESERVATION POLICY

  • 50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
  • 50% to be paid 5 days prior to the commencement of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • AC will not turn on while the vehicle at hills.
  • Tour Company reserves the right to publish the passenger’s photograph or group photograph. Type of transport vehicle can be changed in case short of passengers because our intention is not to disappoint tourist or cancellation of tour.
  • To make a booking, a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.5000/ is required. Once this has been received confirmation of your booking (in the form of an invoice) will be sent to you. The balance amount must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of tour. Otherwise we may treat the booking as being cancelled by you.
  •  All the payments made by Cheque or Online Transfer should be in favour of “SHREE KALA TOURS & TRAVELS. ”
  • The price quoted in our brochure has been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the prices published in the brochure.
  •  The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances. The company reserves the right to cancel at any time any/all the tours without assigning any reason. In such cases the company’s responsibility shall be restricted to either refund without any compensation what so ever or keep the money for the next available tour if the customer so desires.
  • Tour Company shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or death, terrorist attack, accident or any.
  • Damage or claim of what so ever nature and any loss arising from it. The operator is not responsible for any criminal conduct by the third party.
  •  Cancellation request must be made in writing by email.
  •  There will be no Refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be reason. 12. All disputes/legal claims are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only
  •  Baggage allowance is  15 Kg for check in luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 kg.
  •  If your flight or train is delayed or cancelled, Shree Kala Tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any  compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
