Day 1Arrival-City tour

Arrival & Transfer to Hotel then Check-in and have Lunch (Indian or Local Buffet).Starting Panoramic evening City Tour, Will visit Alley of Martyrs, Highland Observation Sightseeing Park, Flame Tower, City Centre Fountain Square,Old City or Inner City (Azerbaijan)[is the historical core of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku,which is surrounded by walls which were easily defended. In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people.In December 2000, the Old City of Baku, including the Palace of Shirvanshahs and Maiden Tower ,became the first location in Azerbaijan ,to be classified as Wolrd Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

Juma Mosque, (Juma mosque or mosque in the Icheri-sheher has been functioning since the 12th century. This mosque was built in 1899 at the funds of Baku philanthropist Khadja Shikhali Dadashev. In 1888 the Russian academician A.Pavlinov took measurements of the Juma Mosque. The mosque was built on the site of the temple of fire worshipers. Only four uncoated arches remained from the old building, they allegedly belonged to the temple. According to many modern archaeologists, there was a pagan sacred center on the site of Juma Mosque, where the fire worshipers gathered).

Day 2Ateshgah + Yanardagh

Breakfast at hotel.Ateshgah + Yanardagh tours with guide.Will visit Yanar Dag (Yanar Da meaning "burning mountain") is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian sea near Baku. Flames jet into the air 3 metres (9.8 ft) from a thin, porous sandstone layer. Administratively, Yanar Dag belongs to Absheron District of Azerbaijan. Have Lunch (Indian or local restaurant).

Atashgah “Fire Temple of Baku" - a castle-like religious temple in Surakhani town, a suburb in Baku, Azerbaijan. Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu, Sikh, and Zoroastrian place of worship; Based on Persian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu,Sikh and Zoroastrianism place of worship. "Atash" is the Persian word for fire. The pentagonal complex, which has a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and a tetrapillar-altar in the middle, was built during the 17th and 18th centuries. It was abandoned in the late 19th century, probably due to the dwindling of the Indian population in the area. The natural eternal flame went out in 1969, after nearly a century of exploitation of petroleum and gas in the area, but is now lit by gas piped from the nearby city.

The Heydar Aliyev Center is a 57,500 m2 (619,000 sq ft) building complex in Baku,Azerbaijan Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid and noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that eschews sharp angles.The center is named after Heyder Aliyev  the first secretary of Azerbaijan Soviet from 1969 to 1982, and president of Azerbaijan Republic from October 1993 to October 2003. Dinner (indian or local restaurant). Back to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3Gabala tour

Breakfast at the Hotel.Starting Gabala tour with guide,Will visit Ismayilli City, Lahic Village.Lunch (indian or local restaurant).

Gabala City, is the ancient capital of Caucasian Albania Archeological evidence indicates that the city functioned as the capital of Caucasian Albania as early as the 4th century BC. Up to the present time there are the ruins of the ancient city and the main gate of Caucasian Albania. Ongoing excavations near the village Chukhur show that Gabala from 4th – 3rd centuries BC and up to the 18th century was one of the main cities with developed trade and crafts. The ruins of the ancient town are situated 15 km from the regional center, allocated on the territory between Garachay and Jourluchay rivers. Gabala was located in the middle of the 2,500-year-old silk road,and was mentioned by Pliny the younger as "Kabalaka", Greek geographer ptolemy as "Khabala", Arabic historian Amad ibn Yay al-Baldhur as "Khazar". In the 19th century, the Azarbaijan historian Abbasgulu Bakikhanov mentioned in his book Gulistani Irem that Kbala or Khabala were in fact Gabala. Day 4Leisure

Breakfast at hotel.Baku Shopping tour.Lunch (indian or local restaurant),Will visit to beauty therapies and women SPA’s.Will visit biggest malls and bazaars in Baku. HENNA PARTY.Back to Hotel. Dinner with live music and folk show.Overnight at hotel.

Day 5Departure

Breakfast at Hotel.Check out.Transfer for Departure.

  • There Has Been Tourism Dirham Applicable From 31st Mar’14 Onwards Ranging From AED 7-20 Per Room Per Night and Will Be Charged Additionally Depending Upon The Hotel / Apartment Star Category.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY.

  • 50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
  • 50% to be paid 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

  • Must keep your original photo Identity proof with you.
  • Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
  • The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s  program form the Driver. Please co- ordinate with your Driver for extra pick time  form your hotel for each departure or sightseeing and request to follow the   same very strictly.
  •  In every city please take the contact numbers of your Driver and your hotels.
  • All Hotels and Services are confirmed as per the Itinerary No Amendments will make upon Arrival.
  • Car will be with you during your sight seen only, your free time we are not bound to serve you vehicle .For the further transportation you need at your free time then you have to manage at your own cost.
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for higher category rooms.
  • Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
  • Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
  • There is No Refund for un utilized Service.
  • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only; from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
  • Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
  •  It is always advisable to keep two photographs ready with you during the journey.
  •  Please keep one Xerox copy set of your Passport and visas with your relative in India and one set with you during the   travel. This is most useful in case of loss or theft.
  •  Baggage allowance is 30 Kg for check in luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 kg.
  •  If your flight is delayed or cancelled, Shree Kala Tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any  compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
