Day 1 Arrival- SrinagarAirport

On arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our assistance who will transfer you to the Pahalhgam. Pahalgam,Located in the South of Kashmir. As you will approach the Pahalgam (The Valley of sheferds), music of water gushing from the Lidder stream will fill your ears. It is an occasion when one’s soul is filled with peace. You may not help yourself in falling in love with the nature. Some of the places will look familiar to you, as they have been captured in various famous films like Silsila, Betab, Karma, etc.one can enjoy chandanwari,betaab valley,Aru.at your own.Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2Pahalgam

After breakfast having full day Sightseeing of pahalgam, like river raft, Aru, betaab valley, chandanwari etc.Baisaran lake,Debin,Kashmir valley,water fall etc.at your own. Overnight at same hotel.

Day 4Srinagar - Gulmarg –Srinagar 100 Kms

After breakfast Proceed to Gulmarg Excursion,Gulmarg (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts), known as ‘Meadow of flowers. Discovered the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. It is one of the India’s premier Hill resorts. Gulmarg today is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty – It also turns into India’s premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car offers rides(at your own) to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer ,.Overnight stay at the same Hotel.

Day 5Srinagar-Sonamarg –Srinagar 200 Kms

Away from the scenic beauty of mountains, we take a breakfast and move northeast of the Valley towards Sonamarg (The meadow of Gold ); it is time to see glaciers with beautiful stream flowing down from Ladakh Mountains. This place is also known as Gateway to Ladakh. You can also take a horse ride to Thajwas glaciers to enjoy the Snow(at your own). Return as the sun sets to Srinagar and stay at same Hotel.

Day 6Srinagar - Airport Drop Only

Today in time please set foot for Srinagar Airport to board onward flight by reporting Before 2-Hrs. With sweet memories of Jammu & Kashmir Valley. ------------------ Tour End.

TERMS CONDITION

RESERVATION POLICY

50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
50% to be paid 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Must keep your original photo Identity proof with you.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program form the Driver. Please co- ordinate with your Driver for extra pick time form your hotel for each departure or sightseeing and request to follow the same very strictly.
In every city please take the contact numbers of your Driver and your hotels.
All Hotels and Services are confirmed as per the Itinerary No Amendments will make upon Arrival.
Car will be with you during your sight seen only, your free time we are not bound to serve you vehicle .For the further transportation you need at your free time then you have to manage at your own cost.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for higher category rooms
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
There is No Refund for un utilized Service.
On hilly areas CAR AC & MUSIC SYSTEM will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only; from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
It is always advisable to keep two photographs ready with you during the journey.
Please keep one Xerox copy set of your Passport and visas with your relative in India and one set with you during the travel. This is most useful in case of loss or theft.
Baggage allowance is 15 Kg for check in luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 kg.
If your flight or train is delayed or cancelled, Shree Kala Tours and Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
