Breakfast at hotel,
1000a.m. Departure from Hotel, start City tour.
visit the Summer Palace, the largest and best preserved of all the imperial palace gardens, and boasts such delights as the “Marble Boat” and the ornately
painted” Long Corridor”. Pearl shop.
Visit to the world famous Tian'anmen Square the biggest square in the world that lies in the center of the city.
Visit the Forbidden City from which the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties governed for over 500 years.
Option:Hutong tour, which is also called Rickshaw Tour.
Option: Visit Houhai, is a lake and its surrounding district in central Beijing , one of the three parts of Shichahai . In recent years it has become famous for
nightlife because it is home to many popular restaurants, bars, and cafes.The area is especially popular with foreign tourists visiting Beijing, but is also often
visited by the expatriate community and younger locals.
Option: Kungfu show in the evening.

Visit a Longdi Jade shop where we will learn about Chinese jade culture
Visit the fabled Great Wall-Juyong Pass, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a massive defensive structure built to keep off intrusion.
Afternoon proceed to see the Bird’s Nest (Olympic National Stadium outside) and the Water Cube (Outside).

Day 4Beijing / Xian - by train

Morning Xiushui market for shopping at free leisure. Then transfer to airport/ railway station to Xian.

Day 5Xian

1000a.m. Departure from Hotel, start City tour.
Visit the incredible 2000 year-old Terra Cotta Warriors. Each one is part of the underground tomb of the Emperor Qin. Well over 7000 figures were drawn up
in full battle array in several large pits. Ceramic shop.
Option: Tang Dynasty show-the ancient Chinese dance and musical show

Day 6Xian / Shanghai - by train

1000a.m. Departure from Hotel, start City tour.
Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda square. The great goose pagoda, calling Dayanta in Chinese, is built for keeping book.
You can watch the Bell and Drum tower outside look, a classical building with carved beams and painted rafters, has been served as the symbol of Xi’an.
The Muslim Bazaar, the Muslim quarters lies 100 meters west of the Bell tower in downtown Xi’an. The 500 meters long avenue paved by bluestones are
dotted with many unique stall, souvenir shop, café and bars which are mostly run by Muslim people.
Then transfer to airport/airport to Shanghai
Pick up and transfer to hotel for rest after dinner.
2000pm Transfer to Indian restaurant for dinner and then return back hotel.

Day 7Shanghai

visit silk shop, the Shanghai Museum which is the largest museum of ancient Chinese art in Shanghai.
Visit the People Square and Nanjing Road for shopping
Visit the lovely old Yuyuan Garden-outside look nine zig zag bridge with golden fish pond, bridges and pavilions.
Step onto Yu Market (Old City God's Temple), which is a major yet relatively inactive, Taoist temple in Shanghai.
Explore the Bund in the evening.

Day 8Shanghai/India -by Int’l flight

Breakfast at hotel, free leisure and check out before 12:00am. only transfer to airport to get Int’l flight.

  • Once again all Room Type (Double OR Twin Bedded) is on request and subjected to availability upon check-in.
  • Arrival: Waiting Time at 70 minutes from the flight touch down.
  • Departure: Waiting Time at maximum 15 minutes from the departure point.
  • Sightseeing Tour: Waiting time at maximum 5 minutes from the confirmed tour pick up time.
  • No Booking has been made yet, rooms are subjected to available upon your written confirmation.
  • No bed type has been committed and request will be subjected to hotel’s availability upon check-in.
  • 50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
  • 50% to be paid 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip.
  • In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Any amendment/Cancellation less than 21 days prior guest arrival date, Hotel will impose 40% cancellation charge.
  • In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges

IMPORTANT NOTES

Only allowed one check-in luggage and 2hand luggage in the coach, if have extra check-in luggage had to arrange luggage van, the extra fee: USD8 per check-in luggage.

P.S.  Shopping sites in the program are compulsory (one day one shop). We guarantee that we will not force your guests to buy in the shops. It is all depends on themselves.

Guest self-paying items in China:

1.       Due to the parking lot is quite far from the railway station, guest should carry their luggage for over 200meter to the coach, if they don’t want to carry by themselves, they can request the local porter from railway station to help them to carry, clients should pay the porter fee at RMB10-20 per luggage by themselves or Indian tour leader pay for the guests for the luggage’s. The luggage porter price may be different in different railway station, please check the price at the spot.

 

2.       If the clients require that the porter to carry the luggage from the lobby to the room, clients need to tip RMB5 per luggage by themselves or Indian tour leader pay Rmb100-250 per group in each hotel according how many luggage carried.

Shopping Policy:

          Appointed shops are compulsory and necessary, the policy is one day one shop, 2 shops in Beijing and 2 shops in Shanghai, otherwise the quotation will be increased.  The shopping sites are subject to change. All the guest must spent at least 40mins in our appointed shop, if the time less than the regulate time, the surcharge as penalty will be collected at the spot by our tour guide.  USD200-500 per group will be punished accordingly.  All tour leader from Indian should assist China local guide to convince guest for shopping for enough time there, tour leader has responsibility to coordinate with optional program and shopping. All Indian Travel Agents should inform the group members about the shopping policy clearly before they come to China.

  • Please advice us guest arrival & departure detail at least 07 days prior to guest arrival date. 
  • Midnight surcharge applicable for all the transfer from 11 PM -0700 AM.
  • Please advise the guest to purchase a local Sim card ( available at all Seven 11 shop ) for smooth communication.
  •  Below rates are per person on twin sharing basis.
  • Rooms are on Standard Basis.
  • Surcharge will be additionally applicable during peak season. Kindly check with us for the same.
  • Above rates & Hotels are subject to availability at the time of reconfirmation.
  • For Private Tours & Transfers, rates will be additional.
  • Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time-consuming. (Its more time consuming but economical).
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
  • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
  • You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
  • Tips are extra.
  •  There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
  • If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
  • Baggage allowance is 30 Kg for Check-in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
  • You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
  • 2 Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas.Keep 2 passport Copy Xerox and 2 Ticket copy Xerox and confirm hotel booking ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
  •  Keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
  • It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
  • For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police .Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
  • The implementation of the Tourism Tax (TTX) of MYR 10 per room per night for all hotels will begin on Sept 1 this year, as announced by the Customs Department on their website.
  • Snow World and Bowling Alley will temporary ceased operations effective 1 Aug 2017 to make way for Constructions at FW Plaza. During the construction, there will be no route or way to the Snow world.
