Visa Passport and Insurance

  • Original Passport (Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival in Turkey and should have at least 2 full blank pages available in it). Also provide 2 photo copies of Passport first and last page.
  • Visa Application Form (Available for download on website) it should be filled manually by blue or black ink in block letters with 2 white background photographs having size 2.5inch x 2.5inch.
  • Covering letter from the applicant in type format, mentioning the purpose of stay in details, accompanying person details, duration of stay, occupation and expenses clause.
  • Tour Itinerary (Required in typed format and not written).
  • Hotel Reservation (Required confirmation number and if booked through agents/tour operator then details of applicants name, check-in & check-out dates on letterhead with seal, signature, name & designation with VD number to be mentioned ).
  • Confirmed Return Ticket.
  • Travel Insurance is mandatory requirement which should fulfill the below requirements.

  • Covering Letter duly signed on A4 size paper (Typed format) explaining the purpose of the trip, duration of stay in Turkey etc.
  • Last 3 months’ salary slips with original stamp and sign of the company.

Day 1ARRIVE AT KAYSERI AIRPORT

Upon arrival at Istanbul airport please proceed to domestic lounge to get flight for Kayseri, the flight duration is approx 01 hour 15 minutes. Our representative/officer will meet you at the exit of airport and will lead till your hotel. 

Day 2GOREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM WITH ITS ANCIENT CHURCHES

Start the day with visiting  Goreme an Open-Air  Museum with its unique examples of rock hewn architecture and fresco technique. It contains the finest of the rock-cut churches, with beautiful frescoes (wall paintings) which colors still retain all their original freshness. Will continue to discover the Dervent Imaginary Valley, Pashabag Firy Chimneys, Avanos, Urgup Fairy Chimneys, Love valley.Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3UNDERGROUND CITIES AND VILLAGES OF CAPPADOCIA

Start the day with visiting the panoramic view point to enjoy the spectacular view over Göreme, see the complete view of Goreme valley and Goreme village: fairy chimneys, rock formations and cave houses. Continue to discover the Pigeon Valley, Underground City, Bellisirma Village, Selime Monastery. Fly to Antalya, transfer to the Hotel.

Day 4 ANTALYA CITY TOUR

After breakfast you will be picked up by our guide for Antalya City Tour. Discover Lower Duden Waterfall and Upper  Duden Waterfall with its hidden cave. Enjoy the lunch in the park surrounded by the sounds of the falling water. Continue to the national park of Kur?unlu Waterfalls full of flora and fauna. End with a tour of Kaleiçi in the historic city center of Antalya.Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5PAMUKKALE AND ANCIENT CITY OF HIERAPOLIS

Discover the white wonderland of Pamukkale's calcite pools and enjoy the swimming in the soothing thermal waters. Visit the Apollo temple, the Roman baths, the agora and other sites of the ancient city of Hierapolis. Fly to Istanbul, transfer to the Hotel.

Day 6ISTANBUL CLASSIC CITY TOUR

After breakfast our guide will pick up you to show the Hagia Sophia the magnificent Byzantine church; the historical Blue Mosque (Called Sultanahmet Camii in Turkish); the Ancient Hippodrome; Topkapi Palace that was once the residence of Ottoman Sultans and their harem; the Underground Cistern  known as the Underground Palace was built to supply water to the palace complex located nearby. Visit the oldest market place Grand Bazaar.Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7HALF-DAY BOSPHORUS TOUR AND SPICE BAZAAR

Visit the Spice Bazaar. Explore the spice, herb, and food stalls at the 17th-century Spice Market, also called the Egyptian Bazaar. Then sail between Europe and Asia on a cruise along the Bosphorus, passing the Dolmabahce Palace, Ottoman villas, bridges, and other sights. Transfer to the Airport, departure. Our representative picks up at least 3 hours prior to the flight.

TERMS CONDITION

  • Check-in Time at 1500 Hrs and Check-out time at 1200 Noon.
  • Complimentary Early Check-in & Late Check out will be subjected to availability by Hotel.
  • Guests are required to pay security deposit (Depend on Hotel) upon check-in to Hotel for others miscellaneous charges.
  • Once again all Room Type (Double OR Twin Bedded) is on request and subjected to availability upon check-in.
  • Arrival: Waiting Time at 70 minutes from the flight touch down.
  • Departure: Waiting Time at maximum 15 minutes from the departure point.
  • Sightseeing Tour: Waiting time at maximum 5 minutes from the confirmed tour pick up time.
  • No Booking has been made yet, rooms are subjected to available upon your written confirmation.
  • No bed type has been committed and request will be subjected to hotel’s availability upon check-in.
  • 50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
  • 50% to be paid 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip.
  • In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Any amendment/Cancellation less than 21 days prior guest arrival date, Hotel will impose 40% cancellation charge.
  • In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges

  • Please advice us guest arrival & depature detail at least 07 days prior to guest arrival date. 
  • Mid night surcharge applicable for all the transfer from 11PM -0700 AM.
  • Please advice the guest to purchase local Sim card ( available at all Seven 11 shop ) for smooth communication.
  •  Below rates are per person on twin sharing basis.
  • Rooms are on Standard Basis.
  • Surcharge will be additionally applicable during peak season. Kindly check with us for the same.
  • Above rates & Hotels are subject to availability at the time of reconfirmation.
  • For Private Tours & Transfers, rates will be additional.
  • Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical).
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
  • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
  • You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
  • Tips are extra.
  •  There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
  • If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
  • Baggage allowance is 30 Kg for Check in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
  • You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
  • 2 Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas.Keep 2 passport Copy Xerox and 2 Ticket copy Xerox and confirm hotel booking ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
  •  Keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
  • It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
  • For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police .Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
  • The implementation of the Tourism Tax (TTX) of MYR 10 per room per night for all hotels will begin on Sept 1 this year, as announced by the Customs Department on their website.
  • Snow World and Bowling Alley will temporary ceased operations effective 1 Aug 2017 to make way for Constructions at FW Plaza. During the construction, there will be no route or way to the Snow world.
