PASSPORT

  • Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure. Contact your local embassy, or consulate for the most up-to-date visa requirements, or see your travel agent.
  •  It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of travelling and that you hold all necessary visas and permits.

Day 1ARRIVE NAIROBI – TRANSFER TO HOTEL

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your city hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2NAIROBI – OLPEJETA CONSERVANCY

After breakfast.Pick-up from your hotel and start your safari to the central highlands of Kenya, pass via the pineapple & coffee plantations. Arrive for lunch at your camp. Afternoon game drive in the private conservancy. Visit the chimpanzee sanctuary and rhino sanctuary. Look out for other animals as well. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3OLPEJETA - LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast and depart for Lake Nakuru with a brief stopover at Thomson Falls, Nyahururu (Entry fee at your own cost) .Arrive at your lodge for lunch Afternoon game drive in this world famous ornithological paradise with over 450 species of birdlife. Animals to look out for include the rare white rhino & waterbucks among others.Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4LAKE NAKURU - MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

Depart after breakfast for Maasai Mara. Arrive for lunch at your camp. Later depart for an afternoon game drive to introduce you to the area. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

Breakfast then depart with picnics for a full day game drive (your driver will have organized for picnics the previous night) .Maasai Mara is the northern extension of the rolling plains of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. This world famous reserve has the highest concentration of wild game including the big five animals. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6MASAI MARA – ISEBANIA BORDER- SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Early breakfast and depart Masai Mara with picnic lunches. Border formalities, the Kenyan driver will drop you at the Tanzania side of the border. The Tanzanian driver will pick you up and drive to Serengeti National Park to arrive for evening game viewing en-route.Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Depart after breakfast for a full day game drive in Serengeti National Park with picnics .The name Serengeti means Endless plain. Well known for its abundance of wildlife. Home to the big five among other animals. There are also plenty of bird species. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8SERENGETI - NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA CRATER

Early breakfast, with packed lunches descend 2000ft below Crater floor for a full day Crater tour. Known as 8th wonder of the World, admiring the amphitheatre with grassland, swamp, lakes, river, woodland and even dung. These differing Eco system support vastly resident population of game including, Elephant, buffalo, monkeys, Hippo, wildebeest, black rhino, hyena, lion, etc later Ascend and drive to your lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 9 NGORONGORO - LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast then depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Lunch at your lodge. Afternoon game drive .The park is situated between the shores of Lake Manyara and the steep escarpment wall of the East African Rift Valley. The grassy lake shore is home to large herds of buffalo, flamingo and hippo. It is famous for its tree climbing lions and plenty of bird life. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10LAKE MANYARA - ARUSHA– KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Breakfast, check-out and you will proceed to Arusha Town for lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. You will later be dropped at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Check-in to your onward flight

TERMS CONDITION

  • Check-in Time at 1500 Hrs and Check-out time at 1200 Noon.
  • Complimentary Early Check-in & Late Checkout will be subjected to availability by Hotel.
  • Guests are required to pay security deposit (Depend on Hotel) upon check-in to Hotel for others miscellaneous charges.
  • Once again all Room Type (Double OR Twin Bedded) is on request and subjected to availability upon check-in.
  •  Arrival: Waiting Time at 70 minutes from the flight touch down.
  • Departure: Waiting Time at maximum 15 minutes from the departure point.
  • Sightseeing Tour: Waiting time at maximum 5 minutes from the confirmed tour pick up time.
  • No Booking has been made yet, rooms are subjected to available upon your written confirmation.
  • No bed type has been committed and request will be subjected to hotel’s availability upon check-in.
  • 50% of the package cost to be paid at the time of booking the Package.
  • 50% to be paid 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip.
  •  In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 30% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  • Any amendment/Cancellation less than 21 days prior guest arrival date, Hotel will impose 40% cancellation charge.
  • In case of cancellation 15 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.
  •  In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 100% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

  • Please advice us guest arrival & depature detail at least 07 days prior to guest arrival date. 
  • Please advice the guest to purchase local Sim card ( available at all Seven 11 shop ) for smooth communication.
  •  Below rates are per person on twin sharing basis.
  • Surcharge will be additionally applicable during peak season. Kindly check with us for the same.
  • For Private Tours & Transfers, rates will be additional.
  • Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming. (It’s more time consuming but economical).
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
  • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
  • You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
  • There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
  • If Dinners are booked you will be given Dinner Vouchers excluding transfers. You will need to make your own way at Restaurant for booked time.
  • Baggage allowance is 30 Kg for Check in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
  • You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
  • 2 Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visa .Keep 2 passport Copy Xerox and 2 Ticket copy Xerox and confirm hotel booking ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
  • Keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India .
  • It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
  • For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police .Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
